Track Your Order

Where's My Order?

We know you're excited to receive your new piece from HITA Furniture.

Use the information below to track your order and stay updated on its delivery status.

How to Track Your Order

Step 1 — Find Your Order Number

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from HITA Furniture.

Your order number can be found in that email and usually starts with #.

Step 2 — Find Your Tracking Number

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Step 3 — Track Your Package

Enter your tracking number into the tracking form on this page, then click Track Order.

You will be able to view the latest available shipping status and estimated delivery information.

Haven't Received Your Tracking Number?

Don't worry.

Your order may still be being processed or prepared for shipment. Tracking information is usually provided once your order has been shipped.

Please allow a little time for your tracking information to become available.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email after the expected processing period, please contact us.

Tracking Information Hasn't Updated?

Sometimes a carrier may take 24–48 hours to scan a package after it has been picked up.

If your tracking information hasn't changed immediately, your package may still be moving through the carrier's network.

We recommend checking your tracking information again later.
